This policy explains how you can cancel your CazyWeb subscription or order and when you are eligible for a refund. It applies to our monthly subscription and pay-as-you-go tasks. If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected] before you purchase or cancel and we will be glad to help.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • Our design and development subscription is billed monthly in advance.
  • You can cancel or pause at any time, with no long-term contract and no cancellation fee.
  • When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you are not charged again afterward.
  • You keep access to any work delivered and to your account during the remainder of the paid period.

3. Refunds

  • 7-day money-back guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial payment.
  • After 7 days: Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel to stop all future charges.
  • How refunds are issued: Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Pay As You Go & One-Off Tasks

  • One-off and pay-as-you-go tasks are fully refundable before work on the task begins.
  • Once a task has been started, the fee for that task is non-refundable, because the work has been performed.
  • If we are unable to deliver a task you have paid for, you will receive a full refund for that task.
