Home & Garden DTC
Home & Garden · EU
A continuous experimentation program for a European home & garden brand - a backlog of product-page tests measured to significance with Intelligems, compounding into double-digit revenue-per-visitor gains.

The results
The challenge
Strong traffic but a product page that under-converted. The brand wanted a steady pipeline of statistically verified revenue wins, not one-off redesigns.
How we approached it
Mapped PDP and cart behaviour, sized opportunities from analytics, and built a prioritised test backlog.
Targeted merchandising clarity, perceived value, and above-the-fold hierarchy as the highest-leverage levers.
Ran sequential A/B tests measured with Intelligems, holding each to its significance threshold before calling a winner.
Stacked winning variants into the baseline and recycled learnings into the next round of hypotheses.
What we tested
3 winning experiments, each measured to significance.
Volume discount display
Shoppers were not aware that buying more unlocked a better price. Surfacing tiered savings on the product page should lift order value and revenue per visitor.
Added a clear volume-discount module that shows the price breaks and the exact saving at each tier, right beside the buy box - which also lifted conversion rate +13.5%.
Quantity selector badge
A subtle cue toward the best-value quantity should lift revenue per visitor without hurting conversion.
Introduced a quantity-selector badge that highlights the most popular quantity at the exact point of choice.
Above-the-fold redesign
The first screen buried the value proposition and the primary action. A tighter hierarchy above the fold should help shoppers decide faster.
Rebuilt the above-the-fold layout to lead with the core value, key trust cues and a prominent, unmissable buy action.
The outcome
A steady pipeline of statistically significant wins - led by a +20.7% revenue-per-visitor lift - each stacked into the baseline and recycled into the next round of hypotheses.
