Premium Cookware Brand
Cookware & Home Goods · US
Performance CRO engagement for a premium cookware DTC brand targeting significant uplift in checkout conversion.

The results
The challenge
The brand wanted CRO with accountability: no retainers for activity, payment tied to measured results.
How we approached it
Mapped the full purchase funnel, identified key drop-off segments, and benchmarked against category competitors.
Developed prioritised test backlog targeting product page social proof, upsell mechanics, and mobile checkout flow.
Created conversion-focused page variants with improved visual hierarchy and persuasive copy frameworks.
Ran sequential A/B tests, documented statistical outcomes, and compounded winning variants.
What we tested
The winning experiment, each measured to significance.
Sticky add-to-cart
On long, image-led product pages, shoppers lose quick access to the buy button as they scroll - so high-intent visitors drop before converting. A persistent add-to-cart should remove that friction.
Designed and shipped a sticky add-to-cart bar that follows the shopper down the product page, keeping price, variant and the buy button in reach at every scroll depth.
The outcome
A single, well-targeted test compounded into a structural conversion gain - on a model where our fee is a share of the verified uplift we create.
