Design Thinking for Product & Growth

Stop designing on opinion. Start designing on evidence.

Most products and redesigns fail for the same reason: they start with a solution instead of a person. Design thinking is the discipline that fixes that. Taught by a trained UX researcher (certified in product management, product design and design thinking), this course walks you through the full loop we use on real client work: empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test. You will learn how to run research that surfaces the real problem, frame it into a sharp "how might we", generate and prioritize solutions, build prototypes cheaply, and validate them with real users before a line of code is written. It is the same method that underpins our product design and CRO work, taught so you can apply it on Monday.
