A "Jump To" chip nav for a long product page
A row of labelled chips (Ingredients, Customer Stories, FAQs, Reviews) lets a shopper skip straight to the section that answers their blocking question.

What it is
A row of pill chips sits near the buy box linking to the page's major sections (ingredients, customer stories, expert testimonials, FAQs, reviews), letting the shopper jump to the one that answers their question instead of scrolling a long page.
Why it works
On a long product page every shopper has a different blocking question. A jump nav lets each one self-serve the section that unblocks them, which beats forcing everyone down the same scroll and losing the ones who give up.
How to test it
- Hypothesis
- Adding a jump-to chip nav will lift add-to-cart rate on a long product page by getting each shopper to their blocking question faster.
- Primary metric
- Add-to-cart rate (product page sessions)
- Guardrail metric
- Section engagement, to confirm the chips are used rather than ignored
